For those of us who suffer from stiff and sore #joints but want to #exercise regularly, #aquatic exercise is a great alternative. Unlike land based exercise, aquatic exercise takes away the effects of #gravity on our joints and reduces the #risk of #injury giving us a more #sustainable form of exercise. Whether it’s simply #swimming, playing water polo or aqua #aerobics water based activity is fantastic for those wanting a regular exercise program or for those recovering from an injury and want to build up #strength.
